Hey beautiful soul. I am here to help you kick the unhealthy habits you picked up during your grief process.
-
Did alcohol become a problem for you during a life changing or traumatic event?
-
Have you tried to stop or moderate and are finding it difficult?
-
Are you ready to change your relationship with alcohol and start moving forward in your grief process with healthy tools?
After experiencing a significant loss your life will be forever changed, however pain and sadness DO NOT have to be your new normal. Let's work together to create tools and support for processing where you're at and, when you're ready, develop a personalized plan of action that will support what you want your new normal to be.

the Program
Grieving Sober is a 4 week coaching program that helps you put down the unhealthy coping mechanisms you picked up during grief, rebuild and create a plan to move forward with healthy tools and support.
You will
-
Assess where you are at now.
-
Create a vision for what you want your life to look like.
-
Create an action plan to support your journey through grief into the next phase of your healing and beyond.
-
Have an accountability and support person outside that can help you navigate from an outside perspective.
You can have a beautiful meaningful life after loss and you deserve it. Coaching will get you the road map and support that you need to get there.
* This is not a replacement for counselling, recovery support meetings or other healing modalities recommended by your doctor. This program is meant to work in tandem with other programs and is future focused meaning we create goals and work on what you want your life to look like now instead of reliving and healing the trauma of your loss.

What is grief?
"Grief is the natural reaction to loss. Grief is both a universal and a personal experience. Individual experiences of grief vary and are influenced by the nature of the loss. Some examples of loss include the death of a loved one, the ending of an important relationship, job loss, loss through theft or the loss of independence through disability."- The Mayo Clinic
